THE CHALLENGE
Launch a credible edtech startup in a regulated industry with zero brand recognition. neXed needed to build immediate trust with both universities (B2B) and international students (B2C) while competing against established immigration software providers and manual university systems.
THE RESEARCH
Conducted competitive analysis of existing immigration compliance platforms, interviewed international students and university administrators to identify pain points, and studied successful edtech brand positioning strategies. Analyzed trust-building visual elements in regulated industries and SaaS conversion patterns.
THE SOLUTION
Developed comprehensive brand identity system including logo, color palette, typography, and brand guidelines that communicate professionalism and reliability. Designed and built conversion-optimized website with clear value propositions for both market segments. Created intuitive UI/UX mockups for the platform that demonstrate ease of use.
